Good - the front staff were very friendly and can speak eng well. There was also free welcome from in the lounge. Bad- the aircon was not working even I had adjusted to the lowest temperature. The environment at the level 2 was very noisy.

This time we stayed at the Hakone Fujiya Hotel Lake View Annex 🏨 The decoration inside and outside the hotel is as exquisite as a work of art. The surrounding environment of this hotel is very beautiful, and we can also see the scenery of Lake Ashi 👀 The scenery seen in the room is just as beautiful. The room is spacious, of course. The surrounding corners are also very clean. 🧹But the bed is just an average size, and we don't have too many complaints. It's also comfortable! However, there is one problem that the air conditioner in our room cannot adjust the temperature. We also feel too hot in the room.
