High quality egg tart shop
Today I went to Causeway Bay with my husband for a walk, so I happened to pass by a favorite to eat Napoleon caramel layer egg tart near before work 😍😍 often sold out in the afternoon, go in to hit the luck first, see right freshly baked hot make back pieces to eat, by the way buy other bread to try first.

This is a must-eat 🫡 I used to buy one for afternoon tea at work, but not always. Luckily I came earlier today, just right out of the oven not long after, once taken out to eat hot and very tasty, the caramel is very creamy, and the layer is very crispy, crispy like eating chips.
Chestnut tart 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
I didn't expect his chestnut tart to have a strong chestnut flavor. It turned out to be chestnut puree made from French chestnuts, plus French coffee almond cream, and a piece of chestnut flesh on the face. It's perfect for me who doesn't like to miss too much. He can taste the sweetness of chestnuts, and it goes well with his butter cookie tart base. This issue is my favorite 😍
Pineapple butter 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
He used my favorite brand of Anchor butter, it's not too spilled, and the butter is very smooth. It's a perfect match for eating in a pineapple bun🤓 I don't know if it's because of the use of Japanese flour to make a pineapple bun. The bread is more smoky and doesn't taste too dry.
Mintaiko hot dog 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
This was a surprise to eat, the salty mint with hot dogs turned out to go well. I thought ketchup and hot dogs are a perfect match, but I didn't think they go well with mints. And I like the smoky texture of its bread, cold food is a little like French bread with mouthfeel. I tried it hot before and it was more fluffy. I personally prefer to eat cold food more with mouthfeel.
Overall, not only the layer tart is delicious, but the bread is also amazing. It's worthy of so many people queuing up to buy it.
