What I eat in nagoya and takayama
• Hida Kotte Ushi
Kotteushi (kotteushi) Sushi, Hida beef, famous shop, queued when the shop opened, there were not that many people. Inside the shop is spacious, there is a place to sit and eat. The meat is soft and melts in your mouth, but the one wrapped in seaweed with egg seems to have a bit more crunch.
• Hidagyu Maruaki
Mermaid 飛騨高山店 Famous grilled beef shop, many people queuing, but the shop has many tables, queues run quickly, the price is not expensive, but it is not that great. Or maybe we chose inexpensive meat, I don't know.
• Uncle's green tea soft serve ice cream, I don't know the name of the shop, it is opposite Old Town, it has a homely taste that is not milky or greasy.
• Hitsumabushi Uya Nagoya Station Shop
Hitsumabuchi Uya Nagoya Station Shop, grilled eel on charcoal, went when the shop opened, the shop was full of people, did not make a reservation, but luckily there was one table available, waited a bit because it had to be grilled slowly. The staff and chefs are good, they give a lot. The set we ordered is around 3,800 yen.
• Croissants at the morning market, red bean flavor, crispy outside, soft inside, very delicious, can't tell where it is, just follow the smell of butter, the butter smells so good!!!
• Pudding at Pastel (420 yen) I accidentally found it while walking in the underground. Personally, I think it's more delicious than other brands that people buy, but you probably can't take it home because it has to be kept cold all the time. It's not very sweet. I found another branch at Oasis21.
• Ramen on Osu street, not very delicious, but they give a lot. I went to eat it because it was raining that day and that shop was the only one open (~200 baht per bowl).
• Strawberries and sashimi, discounted in the supermarket.
The pieces are very big, very delicious, I eat it every day (~450 yen).
