The service at Hilton is quite standardized, and the check-in process is smooth. As soon as you enter the door, you can see that the hotel is seriously aging, with facilities at least 15 years old. I don't like it very much. The hotel carpet has a bit of an old smell, the space doesn't seem very ventilated, but the hygiene is fine. Inside the room, the TV, air conditioning, and bathroom facilities are very outdated, and the furniture is also in an old 1980s style, which I personally don't like. The soundproofing is good, no noise has been detected so far. The bathroom has a bathtub with a reasonable design, and the space is quite large, which I like very much. The water flow is also quite large, and there are toiletries like razors and cotton swabs. Gym: The equipment is very old, but the treadmill and other machines are usable and run smoothly. There are very few barbell plates, suitable for weight loss but not for heavy lifting. The comfortable bed and fragrant linens are a very unique memory of Hilton. The spacious double vanity and the oversized bathtub make the whole grooming experience especially comfortable. The exclusive pastries for breakfast also attracted envious glances and comments from the next table. The service standard of Chongqing Hilton is noteworthy, with an all-staff online experience that few hotels can achieve.

#timetotravel We were here for only two nights and it was pleasantly great. The lobby staff are really nice, accommodating and helpful. They always helped us whenever I needed things to get done. They helped us call a taxi, photocopy or even clean our shoes. We stayed in an executive room maybe that is why, I hope they have the same treatment with their other guests.
