Kyoto Hilton Garden Inn Shijo Karasuma Check-in Experience||Just checked in Hope this can be helpful for friends who are coming. This Hilton is relatively new and clean. The decor is youthful, but the room is small and there is no bathtub. The space in front of the bed is too narrow, so you can't open your suitcase there. You can only open it in the hallway, which is a bit awkward. We arrived at the hotel at around 1 pm and checked in directly. The location is good. It's close to Kiyomizu-dera, Ninenzaka, Sannenzaka, and Kamo River. You can walk there using Google Maps. Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture

This is the first Hilton Garden brand hotel in Japan and the 600th hotel of Hilton Group in the Asia-Pacific region. The hotel is also in a great location, just a 3-minute subway ride from Kyoto Station and a 2-minute walk from Shijo Station. It's actually about a 15-minute walk from the Hilton Hua Lin Hotel in Higashiyama. The hotel is located on the street, and the dining area on the first floor has a social coffee shop tone, and the main entrance is low-key. Most of the facilities are located on the first floor of the hotel, including the front desk, restaurant and dining shop. Because the silver card does not offer breakfast, it will not be evaluated. The design of the first floor uses a lot of brand logo evolved petal graffiti and shapes, fresh, bright and comfortable. This stay is a high-rise double bed room, the room area is only 20 square meters, but the color is comfortable, the layout is smooth, the function is divided reasonably, and there is even a separate bathroom. This kind of room is about ¥800, which is highly recommended. The hotel has 250 rooms, as well as self-service laundry facilities and a fitness center. As the first store of the brand, the design company and the group attach great importance to it, and many elegant small scenes have been made in the public area. Perhaps in the future, the newly opened Hilton Garden Hotel in Japan will be this template.

It just opened in 2022, so it's new and clean✨ The staff are all very friendly and quick to respond to your requests. Stayed in a superior twin room. The room is not large, but it is compact and comfortable. There is no bathtub. There is an air purifier. There are no toothbrushes in the room, but you can get one at the front desk. Pajamas are provided. The breakfast is rich, both Japanese and Western. It seems to change depending on the season, but it incorporates local ingredients, such as the live kitchen's shellfish broth udon noodles, handmade tofu, and sea bream pickled in saikyo, and everything was delicious. This is a recommended hotel for those staying in Kyoto.
