Hirado Port is Japan's earliest foreign trade port. The majestic Hirado Bridge spans between Hirado Island and the mainland, and the Hirado Bridges at both places resemble a scaled-down version of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. The bridge was completed in 1997, with a total length of 665 meters. The bridge body is a red suspension bridge structure.
