Seto Inland Sea ferry "SEA PASEO" (inside the ship)
We also explored the interior of the cruise ferry "SEA PASEO2," which connects Hiroshima Port ⇄ Kure Port ⇄ Matsuyama Port.
The deck had a beautiful design that we have not seen much on previous ferries.
The interior of the ferry is similar, and although it is a "new ship," it feels like a design that makes it fun to travel by sea.
Large windows that make it easy to enjoy the view outside are installed throughout the ferry, and the main seats have a luxurious feel with a soft and spacious feel.
There are multiple designs of seats, including cafe-style seats with tables, and counter seats facing the windows.
There are also multiple types of seats where you take off your shoes and go up, so you can freely choose the type of seat that is most convenient for you.
It is also nice to enjoy the various types of seats and views over a long period of time.
There is also a convenience store and a pamphlet corner, so you can look at the pamphlets while eating something.
You may find a "detour spot" on the ferry that you had not planned on!

Hiroshima's sea gateway, "Hiroshima Port Ujina Passenger Terminal"
Hiroshima Port Ujina Passenger Terminal is an important spot for travelling to venues or trips from Hiroshima.
There is a bus stop and a tram in front of the terminal.
The tram is the starting point, so it has excellent access to JR Hiroshima Station and the downtown area.
The main destinations are ferries, high-speed boats and cruise ships to Ninoshima, Miyajima, Etajima (Mitsutaka) (urinal), (Takada, Nakamachi), (Kirikushi), Hiroshima Cruise Ginga and other places.
Inside the terminal, there are souvenir shops and bakeries,
and there are also shops to fill your stomach or buy things you forgot to buy!

[Hiroshima/Ehime] Sea Paseo, a ship where the purpose is to ride rather than to travel
#0yentrip
There are several ferries going from Hiroshima to Matsuyama, and more than half of them are now newly built and operate under the names Sea Paseo and Sea Paseo 2. This ship is truly the most recommended of all the ferries I have been on in Japan. The interior is simply beautiful and has a wonderful design, and there is also a rooftop deck, as well as a counter where you can order udon noodles, rice balls, and more. I ordered and ate udon noodles on board. Feeling the rocking of the ship and gazing at the sea while eating warm udon noodles was a particularly memorable part of the trip. The atmosphere on board was calm, and I was able to relax despite the long journey.

The appeal of the cruise ferry "SEA PASEO" (deck)
This may be a new genre of boat trip.
The impact of the "cruise ferry" completely changes the image of ferries.
I tried the "SEA PASEO2" which runs between Hiroshima Port ⇄ Kure Port ⇄ Matsuyama Port.
The passenger-only boarding fee is 4,500 yen from Hiroshima Port ⇄ Matsuyama Port and 3,500 yen from Kure Port ⇄ Matsuyama Port.
I think many people think that traveling between Honshu and Shikoku is a bit...
Then, there may be many people who think, "I would like to use it if I can use it for a trip to Hiroshima."
It is possible to use Hiroshima Port ⇄ Kure Port for 1,000 yen.
During the operation, we passed by the "Submarine" and "Gantu (Cruise Hotel)", so children will surely be excited.
↑ Adults will probably have fun 😝
You can add attractive plans at a reasonable price.
It seems that many people have no experience of boat trips, so I hope you will keep this in the back of your mind and find it useful when traveling to Hiroshima.
