Which beach do Ho Chi Minh City residents go to?
#2024 Travel Review
The Ho Tram district of Vietnam is in the seaside area more than 2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City. There are plenty of hotels as well as public beaches. Many locals drive to Stanley Reservoir for a while, just like ours to Stanley Reservoir.
The special thing is that there are fishermen's boats docked as vendors selling the same day's catch, which is very fresh. Behind the seafood market, you can swim while eating seafood. The rental price of chairs here is VND 50,000/piece. There are also restaurants where you can sit comfortably.
There are showers at the beach and clean toilets. The freshwater bathing area is a bit small, and you need to queue up, bathing water is sold by the barrel... So as a tourist it is appropriate to stay at the Ho Tram hotel and then call a car to eat seafood.
