!I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Monterrey Apodaca Zona Airport and had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. this has been the worst experience ever. I had to buy a new flight and they changed my flight from the 28th to the first of December but I had a connecting flight to Vegas on the 28th so my whole trip I was stressed about my flight and I ended up buying a new one. I’m currently trying to get a refund but of course they are giving me issues. and the flight was delayed
