Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong Turns 10 in 2023! This year marks its 10th anniversary, bringing together works from 15 countries and regions and over 90 exhibitors. Of course, I can’t miss it! Many of the works are familiar, and some have been seen in the M+ Museum. There are also many interesting works, which are really a feast for the eyes! During my journey to finding things to see and do in Hong Kong, I was starting to feel a little peckish after walking around for some time. I stumbled into the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center and took a peek at some of the lunch offerings. That's when I stopped at the Harbour Road Cafe, a quiet and cozy spot within the convention center. I walked inside to see a neat wall of coffer makers, lots of big seating spaces, and a comfy couch for me to sit on. I sat quietly and ate my lunch. What really makes HK pleasant is that the staff I've approached thus far friendly, professional, and accommodating. It always makes my travels there extra special. This was the iconic place where UK handed over Hong Kong to China in 1997. You can learn about the history inside. I like coming here to enjoy the Victoria Harbour view...I went on a cloudy day but previously been on a sunny day and can view the sun coming down giving you wonderful views of Hong Kong. #hongkong

So thrilled to have Art Basel back to full size of two floors! I have managed to get the VIP pass but it was really so packed during public hours! Walked for almost the whole day from 11am to 6pm on Sunday, happy to see the art pieces and galleries from around the world. Art Basel is an annual art showpiece, exhibiting international art from around the globe. Tickets usually sell fast and it's one of the highlights of the cultural calendar. The art is modern, vibrant and usually socially relevant. Located in the Convention and exhibition center it runs during the end of March (2023 its March 23-25).
