In search for food to do our long-waited catch up on a Saturday night, we’ve come to Hongik University Station and decided to try the fried chicken 🐔 and beer 🍺 that Seoul is famous for. Seeing this little joint is bustling with young people, we joined in and ordered- there are many varieties, original, crispy, with all kinds of sauce. We went for the smaller size of crispy chicken and waited patiently with our beers. The wait was unusually long - like much much much longer than you’d have to wait for KFC. But when it came, the freshness and juicy flavors explained it all. The portion was bigger than what we expected for 1-2 people and the pickles that came with it was very matching indeed. It was definitely the best fried chicken we’ve ever tried! #food #seoul
