Who would have thought that there would be a waterfall in the heart of Seoul? Although it's a small waterfall, it's a great place to relax. It's only 15 minutes away from Hongdae. There are also cafes around the waterfall where you can buy drinks and chill out. Additionally, you can walk up to the garden above. If you visit during spring, you'll see beautiful flowers like these. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Or if you go during the autumn foliage season, you'll see beautiful yellow and red leaves that are just as stunning.

I visited Market Canelé at Hongjecheon where you can enjoy chewy canelés! I discovered Market Canelé on my way out after visiting a nearby exhibition. From the outside, it looked quite small, so I thought it was a take-out only place, but you can actually dine in. There is one table inside against the wall and another by the large window. As soon as I entered, the canelés caught my eye, so I ordered one, but they also had cookies. Recently, I've been into vanilla bean lattes, so I ordered one as well. The vanilla bean syrup is homemade by the owner, which intrigued me. I visited Nook409, a cozy café near Hongjecheon in Seodaemun-gu. This new café opened in June. Nook409 feels like a small workshop or a bookstore, creating a hideout-like atmosphere. It's perfect for whispering conversations with a partner or friend! When I visited, there were people reading books and chatting with friends. I ordered an iced rose latte, which was a latte decorated with rose petals. The petals are not edible, so don't eat them. The vanilla latte had a sweet rose scent that didn't feel artificial, which I loved.
