I love how they combine these two elements, when I enter from the gate, I feel like I'm time traveling to a magnificent place, yeah it’s Bali-Indonesia and Japan. Hoshinoya itself is a very well-known brand in Japan, and the owner of the brand continues to expand not only in Japan, but also builds the one and only resort in Southeast Asia, Hoshinoya Bali. It is the epitome of service done with the warmest of hearts by an incredible staff, which applies to Japanese culture called the Omotenashi tradition. It’s truly a world-class service! When you arrive at the resort, you will be greeted with "welcome matcha." It will take about an hour if we follow the Japanese tradition. But in Hoshinoya Bali, we can experience it in a more simplified way. Designed by Japanese Architect, Rie Azuma. There are 30 villas in this luxury resort. I stayed at Jalak (Garden Pool Villa with Terrace), the room was spacious, private, and gorgeous with incredible views. There are no televisions, gadgets or clocks in each villa. This is how we connect ourselves with nature. Every detail of the room is top notch, we really enjoyed every minute of our stay. Yoga Gazebo overlooks a very dense forest and Subak. This is the place where you can enjoy the sound of flowing water and beautiful creatures. Definitely would recommend to you who are looking for a tranquil trip. You can also experience a bunch of local activities that will blow your mind.

Yesterday, finally arrived at HOSHINOYA hidden in the mountains of Ubud with the company of the sunset. Although it was not the first time to stay in Ubud, this trip did not arrange to stay by the sea (maybe Jimbaran, Uluwatu...).
