Rating: An old hotel with the best location on Gwangalli Beach. It is diagonally opposite the bus stop No. 1 Red Line (Gwangalli Beach Station) where you can exchange your Busanpass for sightseeing bus. Take a taxi to the hotel where there is a driveway where you can return to the car and load and unload luggage. The hall is very spacious and looks like a complex shopping mall. A self-service photo booth and breakfast cafe (open from 9:00). You can store your luggage and use the restroom next to the counter on the first floor (you need a password, ask for it from the counter), and next to it is the 24-hour sauna that can be exchanged for Busanpass.
(If you are taking a flight arriving at 6am, it is very suitable to use Busanpass to store your luggage here, take a sauna and take a short rest before starting your journey to Busan.)
The room is spacious and the bed is extra soft and comfortable to sleep on. There is a whole row of seats at the windowsill, from which you can enjoy the night view of Gwangan Bridge, the sunrise and the sea view. You can also see Gwangalli Beach, so it is recommended to choose a room with sea view on a high floor.
The toilet and bathroom are integrated, with a bidet and a small washbasin. The bathroom is a shower space (probably because of the steaming curtain), and the shampoo and shower gel are hung on the wall in full bottles for you to use comfortably. A large hair dryer has a strong air flow. Bath towels and towels are like new.
The TV is the traditional Korean Channel 4, and there is a coffee table above the small refrigerator. The wardrobe is not big and there is a safe on the ground floor.
This time I stayed in rooms 1204 and 1205 on the 12th floor. The view was great. Before 1am, I could still hear the engines of supercars and motorcycles on the road. Maybe the beach road is small so the noise level is not high. In addition, there will be a sudden methane leak in the bathroom at 12:05 in the middle of the night, so it is recommended to close the toilet door when going to bed.
