There is also a Hotel shuttle available if u you want to visit the main tourist attraction like the Famous Ben Than Market Room itself is very spacious and comfortable. There also gym and pool available and it was empty during my visit . #celebratewithtrip. After not having been able to go to Vietnam the last two years it was time to visit again. Vietnam is fully re-opened and hasva lot to offer from the cooler north with Hanoi and it's lingering French history, mountains where coffee and fruit grows, the beaches on the east where you can relax to the hussle and bussle of Ho Chi Minh that will remain my favorite destination. Meet the warm and friendly people, street culture and enjoy the food from the north with it sausages to the south with street noodles or very tasty and affordable meals. Be amazed with the traffic, especially in the rush hours when scooters fill the streets making crossing the roads tricky. For inland travel, although a train and bus are available, flights are quick and safe. Accomodation is available in all types backpack hostels, local hotels, international chains and apartment hotels like one of my favorite hotels the iconic Intercontinental Hotel Saigon. In the evening stroll around the square and see, or better join, the locals eating and drinking on simple floormats, enjoying life.

The hotel is located in edge of district 1, connecting to a local mall. It has a wide window which has a great view of the city. The breakfast has a wide variety of food, I tried taking only vegetarian dishes and is very filling. The hotel has free shuttle that going to 5 places in district 1. Staying in the hotel entitles us to have a 10% voucher for the restaurants.

I was disappointed by the poor customer service at the front desk during my stay. It felt as though the staff were uninterested in helping customers, which is surprising for a Japanese hotel known for hospitality. I needed to extend my checkout by just two hours on a Sunday, as I was traveling with my 15-month-old and wanted to keep things calm before a 10-hour flight. I was willing to pay for an extra night, but the front desk informed me that the hotel was fully booked, even though I could still book another night online. They insisted I would have to check out at midday and re-check in at 2pm, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for an additional night just for a couple of hours. The lack of flexibility and empathy made the experience frustrating, especially when traveling with a small child. The rooms are noticeably very dated, the staff said the hotel has been around for 15 years. The nicest part of the hot is the lobby. The facilities such as the pool is also very old and dated. They didn’t bother to renovate the facilities.

Hotel is 100% booked when we checked in and out hence we couldnt check in early or check out late, sadly. The hotel is nice, clean and spacious, but a little far from the hustling city center aka the waterfront. There’s a lowkey deserted mall right beside offering some convenience. The breakfast buffet was decent but not as delicious as other hotels which I have stayed in. Variety can be improved from day to day :) but overall service was very good and it’s worth the money. Would recommend
