[2025 Naha Stay] Travel Guide for Hotel Palm Royal Naha Kokusai Street (Updated May)

Located on Kokusai Street, this resort is a great place for sightseeing and offers a tropical, out of the ordinary experience. The room was cute and I'm glad! There's a Don Quijote and restaurants just a short walk away, so we were able to stay out late into the night. 📍Location: 3-9-10 Makishi, Naha City, Okinawa The nearest station is Makishi Station. The entrance is just a little off Kokusai-dori, so you could almost say it's Kokusai-dori. I stayed in a semi-double room this time, but it was just the right size for one person. The reason I chose this hotel was because it was a 2-minute walk from the live house OUTPUT, which was my destination, and because it had a large public bath, but I was surprised that even though it had a large public bath, the bath in the room was a separate bathroom with a washing area. I couldn't make it to the public bath's opening time of midnight because of the after-party, so I filled the bath in my room with hot water and took a bath. It was comfortable because it was not a unit bath. The room wear was separate from the top and bottom, so I was able to relax in my room after changing without worrying about it coming undone. The next day, I went to the public bath for a morning bath. It wasn't large, but it was kept clean. It's very helpful that the hotel has a bath where you can stretch your legs. I was also impressed that the large public bath had Sekkisui skin care products and the hair dryers were ReFa. There was also a pool on the first floor, but the weather was bad this time so I didn't use it. I chose a plan that didn't include breakfast so I can't rate the breakfast, but overall it was a highly rated hotel.

Very convenient location, but the room is quite small by Japanese standards, but the overall feeling is good. Remember to go to the bathhouse to take a bath every night. It's very comfortable! Nightlife is very convenient, there are izakayas everywhere!
