In 2017, I went to Ibaraki Prefecture. After visiting the Hitachi Seaside Park, I also visited Hitachi Station in Ibaraki Prefecture, which is known as the most beautiful station in the world, and had afternoon tea at SEA BiRDS CAFÉ in the station. The sky was cloudy on the day of the visit, so I couldn't see the most beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. This was my second time at Hitachi Station on business, and although Hitachi's business there is not as thriving as it used to be, it was disappointing that there were surprisingly few people at such a scenic spot. The hotel also offers ocean view rooms, in a great location from which you can view the horizon. The breakfast area itself is not large, but all the food was delicious and I would have liked to try it all if my stomach allowed. If I have the opportunity, this is a hotel I would consider top priority again.
