The exterior walls of this building are covered with colorful tiles, irregular lines, wavy windows, and natural plantings, subtly introducing greenery into the urban space and making it incredibly beautiful. He refused to use straight lines in his designs because he believed that "straight lines are a human invention and there are no straight lines in nature." Because of this, the walls and floors of the building are filled with asymmetrical curves and slopes. Entering the art museum, the geometric design inside is even more refreshing. The eclectic space design will definitely give you a unique visual experience. There is an exhibition area inside the museum, which displays Mr. Baishui's paintings, design sketches and other creative works, fully presenting his art world and design concepts. Walking around the whole building is really hard to put down! Especially friends who are interested in art should spend time slowly experiencing Mr. Baishui's creativity and thoughts, and immerse themselves in his imaginative artistic space. Of course, don’t worry if you get tired of shopping. There is also a cafe in the atrium of the museum. Although the building might seem a as a monument, it’s not so - it’s a living building with apartments and some offices inside.

Built between 1983 and 1986, this house embodies an architecture that symbolizes the harmony between nature and humans. With its wavy lines, tree-filled roofs, and windows of various shapes, it breaks away from traditional architecture. It was our last day in Vienna. With only 2 hours left, we decided to check out the city’s most quirky and most photographed apartment, namely Hundertwasserhaus (Hundertwasser House). This house was built in 1985 and designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser, a renowned architect and artist known for “rejecting straight lines” and embracing a mosaic of shapes and colors. The building was Hundertwasser’s first architectural work. It belongs to the city of Vienna (who then rents out the apartments to individuals). As a result, I feel a bit sorry for the real people living there as so many tourists come to “check out” on them every day. Conclusion: This is no ordinary house and it looks way more massive than the photos online. It gets me thinking how does it feel if this is my rental accommodation.
