Here is the itinerary for my trip to Gyeongju! The schedule mainly focuses on the popular Hwangridan-gil area! After work, I left Suseo Station and took the SRT 1 night 2 days backpacking trip! I arrived in Gyeongju at 3pm, unpacked at my hotel, and went straight to Hwangridan-gil, waited for a restaurant, and ate 10 won bread! 1️⃣2️⃣ Osteria Mills 📍76-5 Hwangnam-dong Osteria Mills is famous for its cold pasta. The signature menu is Caprese Cold Caferini, and I heard that some people like it but I really liked it! It's delicious, but the cafe garden and interior are also my style, so I definitely plan to visit again. 🫶🏻 3️⃣4️⃣ Pet Coffee 📍271-37 Hwangnam-dong Pet Coffee is located at the entrance of Hwangridan-gil Main Street with a dark interior and simple interior. It was a restaurant with a view of Daereungwon through a large window inside the cafe. The signature cream-topped ongpet was especially delicious, and it seemed to have a solid reputation as one of the top 3 coffees in Gyeongju.🌿 5️⃣6️⃣ Ga Bae Hyang Ju 📍303-9 Hwangnam-dong Ga Bae Hyang Ju was perfect, with good music, coffee, and a friendly owner. The exterior of the cafe was kept as it was in the old building, and I think it goes well with the cafe. The interior had a vintage and retro atmosphere. The hand drip coffee was delicious, and I liked that I could feel the peaceful atmosphere of Hwangridan-gil. :) 7️⃣8️⃣9️⃣🔟 Hwangridan-gil ️📍1080 Poseok-ro, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do Hwangridan-gil, where traditional hanok-style cafes, restaurants, and photo studios are densely located, is a street where you can feel the old atmosphere as the old buildings are preserved as they are. Cafes, restaurants, date courses, etc. Hwangridan-gil is the hottest tourist attraction in Gyeongju these days. There are so many pretty shops, I try to visit them every time I go, but there are still so many places I haven't been to😂 But you have to try the most famous snacks! 1. Bagel Cafe located close to Hwangridan-gil and Woljeonggyo Bridge🥯 It's called a new cafe because it's not that long ago, but bagels sold in a hanok cafe! I noticed how everything from the interior to the props were decorated with great care. On this day, I ordered strawberry soufflé and ssanghwatang. The strawberry soufflé was really fluffy and sweet. The whipped cream and strawberries blended together and melted in my mouth. Ssanghwatang was nice because it was served warm. I added an egg to it and it was a special treat. The sweet yet slightly bitter taste of the ssanghwatang and the richness of the egg went well together. There were many props like old LPs and telephones inside the cafe, so it was fun to look around. I think older people would especially enjoy it. While drinking a drink and looking at the scenery of Hwangridan-gil outside the window, I couldn't help but sit there for a while. If you come to Gyeongju, be sure to stop by~ The atmosphere is great, the drinks are delicious, and it's a place where you can make memories. I remember it as a place I want to visit again next time I come to Gyeongju.
