[2025 Ipoh Stay] Travel Guide for Impiana Hotel Ipoh (Updated May)

It was early this year i visited here having for my lunch buffet together with my family. The price was reasonable and the variety are quite many. There was international food of variety and im quite like it. The coffeehouse is not too big and you have to book for a reservation first. The environment quite calm and cozy eventhough the hotel is quite old and the design was nostalgic.

Impiana is a branded hotel , being branded but unable to maintain the standard is a tragedy. Impiana hotel ipoh makes the fall of once gloried hotel brand. The reception cant help to even provide you with ice after 10pm, the gym equipment 80% spoilt and dumb Bell missing, the gym is virtually for display purposes only with no practical functions. If you travel to ipoh you can book this hotel just for sleep and nothing else.

terrible service, order.food and staffs cant even.help to deliver to.room, ask for ice dont have also as cafe close too early. Gym open 24 hrs yes but equipment are all.spoilt.and.dumbbells.are missing, left.only.very.light weight. room are ok.but.not.great,.old fashion.design.and.noisy aircond

Although 4 star hotel, rooms could be better maintained, few lights in the room was not working. TV channels not up to the standard, still using old furnitures, cleanliness needed to improve, the restaurant food need to upgrade to suit the festive expectations, not much parking lots, parking area looks insecure. Service okay. All staff were very friendly.

Due to early flight arrival and room only able ready at 11am, then let’s explore the buffet breakfast at Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The breakfast are simple and most of local food, however, is delicious and good try. But for the pastries have to improve which the bread is quite hard and kuih muih is good taste. Hotel room are big enough but a slightly old modern and some of the power switch might not function well but still can be managed. the furnitures was old...the WiFi was sucked...the running water was slow eventhough not many occupants staying at the hotel....the food...errrr we have no idea since we're never ordered anything or visiting the coffee house.....HOWEVER....the bed was comfy...the towels were awesomely big...all the toiletries were generously provided (2 sets of toothbrush were given)...ironing board....convenient parking space.....yeah....still awesome considering the price we paid....thank you impiana hotel #couplestrip

Banyak yang menarik di Ipoh. Nasi goreng udang penuh pinggan. Limau bali yang sedap. Hotel Impiana yang selesa. Jarang datang ke Ipoh. Tenang aman dan damai bandar nya siang atau pun malam.
