I really don’t have nothing negative to say about this hotel: all the stuff is polite, nice, smiling all the time and gentle, the room are nice and clean. Gym and pool beautiful view ( and clean ) I had breakfast there, lunch and late dinner in my room ( at midnight ) and I was just really satisfied. THEY HAVE ITALIAN COFFEE AND THEY KNOW HOW TO MAKE A PROPER ESPRESSO, and for an Italian this is an important plus!

Very nice location beside everything such as KLCC and many other attractions. The bridge can easily take you to the Bukit Bintang in just 8 minutes as well as the pavilion shopping mal avoiding any risk and hot weather. The pool was really amazing with a charming view. Room is very clean and has a nice pool view. Food for breakfast and lunch was delicious and had a variety. However, the meeting room AC needs to recheck.

Excellent hotel stayed club room superb with lounge access.They had smoking lounge, another cocktail lounge/restaurant. The club lounge food selection was pretty less however KLCC view from club lounge at level 15, nice and quiet place to hang around and spend your cozy time there. Love the coffee machine. They also provides free drinks at the club lounge and snack throughout the day. And they do have a cigar lounge. Afternoon Tea available from 3.00pm to 5.00pm. Bed and pillows was plush and so comfy. TV channels are limited, with complimentary high speed internet 20Mbps. Toilet was good with excellent water pressure. Quite well equipped with the essentials such as an coffee machine. You will surely get a cup of delicious coffee. Beautiful view from the room and overlooking KLCC Twin Towers and the park with skyscrapers and palm trees. Eye catching swimming pool on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and quiet. Staying at Impiana hotel is finally achieved. Different city scenes at night are filled with neon lights from street lights to high-rise buildings, making our night more relaxing and soothing. Anyone would love to open the curtains of a hotel room window and see the Petronas Twin Towers clearly. It's amazing to be able to see this building so close. There are some interesting criteria about this hotel. It is a hotel with easy access to the KLCC - Bukit Bintang Walkaway bridge. We can walk here and there with pleasure. Apart from a modern swimming pool and gym, the hotel has a multi-award winning SwasanaSpa. #StarMaThaiCityHotel After the love affair, everything returned to normal this year, including the exhibition. The best way to see the exhibition is to stay in a nearby hotel, because often you need to go back halfway to put down the catalog or sample and sit back. There are many hotels near KLCC, but stay for 3 nights at least HK$34000. But this Impiana KLCC is different, the exhibition day 3 nights 1700 less, the same is seamless connecting footbridge to the venue, very convenient. Of course, the rooms are decorated, furniture and spares are relatively plain, more nineties business feel. But the space is vast and the hygiene is done well. It's not disrespectful to go down to the lobby. It's similar to make appointments with suppliers to meet customers and discuss business. Although the room has no view, the night view up to the top floor is excellent, with a clear view of the Twin Towers. It also includes all-day parking. Usually, parking in the city center is at least 50 or 60 HKD for a day. There is a swimming pool and gym, but too busy to play.

Very nice hotel that has nice location and nice rooms and some rooms has nice view, I liked everything in their website. The services they have are allot and they have so many features and values. The hotel is a little expensive but it's money worth it. I wish I be there to share this experience. They have direct bookings which is cheaper than online travel agencies.
