#koreatrip In's Mill is a must visit for all you Jeju visitors and locals. The barley-themed dessert offerings are amazing (and I dont really like Barley). Please get the Barley ice cream - comes with ice cream, malty hard sugar and chewy moch that'll definitely make your visit worth especially in summer. For coffee, they serve their malt-tasting coffee in a bowl. The barley green tea is pretty meh so give it a miss instead of spending $40000 like we did. Beyond the yummy desserts, the cafe surroundings is built to look like a resort, so bring on your sunglass and instagram game.
