Dali | The most reluctant homestay
|The B&B I’m most reluctant to leave. Dali | The most reluctant homestay
The first travelogue of Dali is dedicated to my favorite B&B.
Dali Mountain Garden B&B
On the first day in Dali, we originally booked a so-called sea view homestay by the Erhai Lake in Wase. However, when we arrived, we were greatly disappointed. It turned out to be a "farmhouse", which left us with a huge disappointment. The so-called sea view was just a little sea view through a window. Based on the principle of not making ourselves uncomfortable when traveling, we immediately changed hotels at the cost of losing half a day's room fee. At this point, we are no longer pursuing the so-called sea view rooms or good locations. We just want to drive ourselves and be comfortable. After looking for a long time on the Internet, we saw a place in the mountains that caught our eye. We went there immediately and saw that there was a room available.
It is no exaggeration to say that I was stunned the moment I walked in. See p2 for details. The panoramic view of Erhai Lake and the white clouds are absolutely amazing. The heart that was hurt by the last bad B&B was immediately saved. When I entered the room, the overall decoration style was also what I liked. It was tasteful, clean and simple. I immediately renewed the reservation for two more days...
At night, the sky is full of the Milky Way. Sitting on the terrace and enjoying the breeze, with a broad view, quiet surroundings, and facing the Erhai Lake, the soul is instantly healed ~ u1s1, the location of the B&B is not particularly convenient. It is located halfway up the mountain in a village 15 minutes' drive from Xizhou, so it is also very quiet and not disturbed by the crowd. You need to drive to travel. If your friends who drive themselves strongly recommend it, you will need to take Didi to and from the airport. However, such a comfortable environment makes everything worth it...
Now let’s talk about the service. The young couple chose the location and designed the B&B themselves. It’s obvious that they put a lot of effort and time into it. Therefore, the service is almost responsive and warm. During the few days I stayed there, even my 6-year-old son became good friends with everyone at the B&B.
When we left Dali, our family of three expressed our reluctance to leave the mountains, because it seemed like the homestay we wanted to open in our dreams. Perhaps because of it, I will come to Dali again. Goodbye
