「Fukuoka Inn The Park」: Spherical Tents.
I chose Fukuoka Inn The Park for my first two-day, one-night Glamping experience in Japan😊.
Note: Guests staying at Inn The Park have free access to Uminonakamichi Seaside Park, so there's no need to buy a ticket😙; you can also rent a bicycle for free until check-out time the next day (10 a.m.), but the free bicycle rental is only available after checking in at Inn The Park at the adjacent bicycle rental center.
Take the JR to Uminonakamichi Station, and you'll find the bicycle rental center right next to the station. This time, for the convenience of cycling🚲, I only brought a backpack🤭, rented a bicycle for a fee, and after about 20 minutes (because I sometimes stopped to take photos), I arrived at Inn The Park's sunny and breezy plaza😬. If you choose to walk to Inn The Park, it might take 30 minutes, so decide for yourself.
This time, I stayed in a specially shaped spherical tent😍, which had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and an electric blanket on the bed. The top part of the tent was transparent, so if the weather was good, you could star gaze, but the night I stayed, the cloud cover was too thick to see anything😭. Around midnight, I finally couldn't hear the sound of trains and planes anymore, and enjoyed the peaceful natural environment👏🏻.
The restroom and large public bath are outside the tent, and the distance between the tent and these facilities is very close, which is convenient😊. Room rates can be chosen with or without meals, and I chose the latter, with dinner being BBQ and breakfast being light food, both of which tasted good👍🏻.
After checking out, I wanted to rent an electric scooter🛴 to go to Uminonakamichi Seaside Park, but it required the Jojo apps and a Japanese phone number for registration, and since I didn't have a Japanese phone number, I could only rent a bicycle😓, so take note!
Although I couldn't see the stars and couldn't rent an electric scooter, I still really enjoyed my first glamping experience and wanted to share it with everyone🥰.
