I must give it some praise: 1. The butler service started from the moment I booked the room and was always responsive. 2. The bedding in the room was comfortable, the kind that allows for deep sleep. The bathtub had bath bombs, and the kids had a blast taking a bath. 3. The most thoughtful thing was that our family room had a washer-dryer combo. For families with kids, being able to wash and dry clothes in the room is incredibly convenient. Even if we weren't in the room, we could leave our clothes with the butler. 4. The afternoon tea was amazing—pizza, fruit, yogurt, juice—they didn't skimp on anything. Watching the sunset over the sea, basking in the sun, and enjoying the breeze, this is what a relaxing time is all about. 5. The family room also had kitchen toys and building blocks for the kids to play with. They really understand 1-7-year-olds. Moms with kids know this is much better than a swing! (The kids can entertain themselves.) 6. The views from the room and the terrace were both stunning. Standing by the window, watching the Tyndall effect of the sunlight scattering on the sea, the unique light and shadow added to the charm of Erhai Lake. 👍Also, don't worry about finding food. Wenbi Village is very close to Wase, and there's a fantastic restaurant called "Haiwan Wild Mushroom Hotpot" within walking distance of the hotel. The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. When we left the hotel, my child reluctantly told the butler, "We'll be back next time!" ❤️
