The stew was filled with plump shrimp and crab meat, making it incredibly delicious! The side dishes were also plentiful, and the meal ended perfectly with scorched rice water. Take a gourmet trip to Tongyeong this autumn! Rating: 4/5 3. Blue Autumn Sky and Tongyeong Sea! #Emotional Accommodation 📍 Tongyeong, Tongyeong Hwaga Second The interior of Tongyeong accommodation 'Hwaga, Second' was exactly the same as the Airbnb photos. It looked like an officetel with some age, but when I went in, the interior and lighting were really well done, so it felt like an emotional accommodation. I felt that they especially paid a lot of attention to the convenience of the guests. There was a TV and a large sofa, and the warm lighting made it really nice to relax after the trip. There were a few books, and there was also a separate folding table, so I spread out the table in the evening and even edited the photos before falling asleep late. I stayed at the Stanford Hotel during my trip to Tongyeong. I heard that the Stanford Hotel breakfast buffet was good, so I went there. When I visited in early October, I was able to eat at the Stanford Cafe on the first floor. Please note that the breakfast hours are from 7 to 10 AM. Guests can use it for 20,000 won per person, and it is a system that you pay when you check out of the room. The food was more diverse and clean than I thought, which was nice. Hiking to the top takes about 1.5 hrs. If you're like me and prefer a more relaxed approach, you can take the cable car🚠, which is the longest (1,975m) in South Korea. The cable car ride offers stunning views of lush green forests🌲 and a winding racetrack🏁! 2. After reaching the observation deck by cable car, there's a transparent glass platform where you can truly feel the height below—super thrilling! However, those afraid of heights should proceed with caution⚠️. 3. You absolutely must climb to the summit‼️ It's a fun 20-min hike with lots of scenic spots along the way, perfect for taking photos📷. Plus, the views change at different altitudes, and you'll be amazed~ 4. After taking the cable car down, you can also try mini car racing. One lap takes 20 mins, and Koreans usually do 3 laps, which is about an hour. We didn't try it because we thought it was too long and the sun was too strong.
