Coming to Hong Kong is mostly food-motivated for me and I have tried so many of them. Jenny bakery is a trending bakery selling biscuits and they have very cute cookie containers. Everyone who visits Hong Kong will buy and bring at least 1 box of Jenny Biscuits. The queue is long when they first start and if you are late, most of the flavours will be sold out. Now, you can get them easily via air freight or from distributors. Their most popular cookies ought to be their butter cookies and it has 4 flavours. I think the number one souvenir you must buy when you go to Hong Kong is Jenny Cookies. After eating them once, I understood why everyone told me to buy them. Shop 42 1st Floor Mirador Mansion 62 Nathan Road Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon · There are two Jenny bakeries in Hong Kong. One is located at kowloon and the other at Hong Kong Island area. To get to the one at kowloon, which is located at the mirandor mansion, take the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui, and walk few minutes to reach. I went there early in the morning to buy the cookies with my friends. We were so shocked as the queue was super long even thought the opening hours has yet to start. We queued for nearly an hour and managed to buy few tins of cookies. There is a limit to how much each person can buy. The menu and varieties were listed on the shop wall. Jenny cookies has been my favourite since two years ago when my friend bought some back from Hong Kong. My favourite is the coffee cookies. As the design of the cookie tin changes very often, some people actually went to collect them after finishing the tin of cookies. If you are in Hong Kong, do get early to buy their cookies. When you think of Hong Kong, apart from the yummy dim sum and wanton beef noodle , you would definitely think of the Jenny bakery butter cookies. There are two stores in Hong Kong. We went to the one at the Mirador mansion. The queue starts early in the morning. We queue for about an hour to be able to make our purchase. Every week the owner will change the design of the cookie tin box. Hence there have been people collecting the different tin box designs. The butter cookies are freshly made. They come in various sizes and flavours. My favourite would be the mixed flavour cookies which consist of vanilla and chocolate and coffee flavours. I will usually go for the 640g bigger tin as it is more worth compared to the 320g tin size. There is a limitation in the number of big and small tins each customer can purchase. Bring along your friends if you want to make multiple purchases for your colleagues and friends and family. #bucketlistreboot
