Both of us had the most amazing stay at The Golden Ridge Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The highlight was definitely the private jacuzzi in my room, where I could relax while enjoying breathtaking views of the mountains. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and luxurious experience. The hotel amenities were outstanding, especially the pool and the dining options, which offered a wide variety of gourmet dishes. Waking up to the serene mountain view every morning was the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury experience

If you go to Sri Lanka, you should stop by Nuwara Eliya, the tea producing region. To be honest, it's not a city with many tourist attractions, so you'll probably have a lot of time to kill, but if that's you, I recommend afternoon tea at a hotel! My recommendation is St. Andrews, a famous 5-star hotel! Enjoying afternoon tea in Nuwara Eliya was a very valuable experience. At first, I tried to make a reservation by sending a chat on whatsapp, but there was no reply, so I ordered high tea on the day. As a result, they were able to accommodate me without any problems. I couldn't choose the type of tea, but it tasted good and went well with the pastries and sweets. I drank several cups, so I couldn't stop going to the toilet in the second half 😂 The snacks and cakes looked beautiful, but you shouldn't expect too much from them. The cream was a little greasy, probably because it was made from vegetable ingredients, which was disappointing. The pineapple jam and the vegetable pie tart on the top shelf were crispy and delicious. The price is cheap, so it's totally OK. Enjoying high tea in a calm space and relaxing has become a good memory. The staff were very polite and I felt their hospitality. At 3,050 srp per person, the price was reasonable! Located on the hillside of the tea garden more than 1,800 meters high, the hotel has a cool climate and is a summer retreat. It is a 5-minute drive from the Pink Post Office in Nuwara Eliya and 12 km from Hakgala Nature Reserve. When checking in, the service staff brought us a cup of green vegetable hot drink, which made the fatigue alleviate all the way. The hotel is a two-story small bungalow without a lift. Our room is on the first floor of the second floor. It is a little bit of a labyrinth. The waiter helped us with our luggage and got a tip. I didn't want to tip. I am very embarrassed. The 150-year-old grandfather-level hotel is full of elegance. The hotel has 2 small bars where you can have a quiet drink and chat, for everyone to play in the snooker area, there is a sizzling singer restaurant, like a lively or quiet place to find your own pastime. The room where I stayed was a duplex room. I opened the door and saw the view of the bed and the garden outside the window. The layout of the first floor made me happy. The white furniture and the red sofa were my dishes. Because of the hotel In the mountains, the altitude is high, so the room is equipped with electric heaters, but the quilts on the bed are very thick, so we didn't feel very cold at night, nor did we open the heater. Because the hotel is a bit history, it is very practical to walk up the wooden structure stairs on the second floor of the room. There are also 2 beds on the second floor. The sheets are very clean and the hand touch is very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is divided into 2 restaurants, Chinese and Western. Western breakfast for breakfast can still satisfy our 4 Shanghainese.
