I originally thought the quality of All Seasons would be stable and not too bad. But this time, it was an eye-opener. First of all, the entrance is not very easy to find, but the entrance area is spacious and convenient for taxis. The lobby is very spacious and looks quite good, with a buffet breakfast restaurant on the first floor. The front desk staff's efficiency in handling check-ins was not great, and their emotions were easily shown on their faces. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by a strange smoke smell, despite having noted a non-smoking room before check-in. Regular TV programs are free, but streaming services require additional payment. The room was quite spacious but showed signs of age. The bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no view. The only advantage was the spaciousness. Upon inspecting the room, I found multiple areas with peeling wallpaper, a broken wardrobe board, and rusty corners that had not been repaired. When I reported this to the hotel, they offered to change the room, but since it was the last night and moving luggage again would be time-consuming and tiring, we declined. What puzzled us was how such a clearly damaged room could be sold, passively waiting for guests to complain and then asking them to move their luggage to a new room. Are we here to stay or to help inspect hotel rooms? After complaining to Ctrip, the hotel only refunded 20% of the room fee. Fortunately, it was just one night, and we won't be coming back.
