I visited a beautiful night view spot in Chengdu. It's about a 20-minute walk from the subway station. When I arrived, I saw that a new subway station was being prepared for opening. Jiuyan Bridge is the name of a bridge that used to be in this location, and now it has become the name of the entire district. The highlight is the bridge with a pavilion. The lighting is very luxurious and picturesque. When I visited in November 2024, one side was under construction and not lit up. If you want to see it completed, make sure to check beforehand. The riverside is bustling with many lively shops. If you're spending the night in Chengdu, be sure to visit.

Jiuyan Bridge in Chengdu is famous for its bar street. Pretending to be a tourist with my kid during the week, I didn't expect that the music square, riverside, and Jinjiang cruise could all be places to take kids. Just lamenting that as a mom, I can't play by myself here. But I can write a parent-child guide! 1️⃣ You can navigate to Funan River Music Square. There are parking spaces on the street. Walk into the alley, and you'll reach the music square. Many kids are playing on the square. I took Shanshan to watch the water by the river, and she was very happy. As night falls, the riverside looks even better! 2️⃣ There is a regular handsome guy singing at the music square (I personally think he looks like Wang Leehom from the side). You can sit on the steps and listen to the songs. He sings 'Chengdu' every night, and it's very nice with a great atmosphere! 3️⃣ Next to the square is the pier where you can take a night cruise on Jinjiang. This time, the night cruise gave me the illusion of being at the Bund in Shanghai 😎.
