This is a shop called "Jiyutei Kissashitsu" in Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture. It is a coffee shop inside Glover Garden. The exterior is a Western-style building and very stylish. When you go inside the shop, the atmosphere is very good and the interior is very beautiful, so it calms your mind. If you add a drink of your choice to the castella set, it's a good deal because it's only 1,300 yen. They have hydrangea sodas and other drinks that I was interested in, but my family seems to drink them, so I ordered the limited edition Dutch iced coffee. It seems to be Jiyutei's original blend, so I was curious and decided to check it out. The hydrangea soda had a very unique taste and was slightly sweet and delicious. The Dutch iced coffee had a nice coffee smell and a bitter taste that seeped into my body, which was the best. I don't have a good tongue, so I couldn't really taste the difference in the coffee, but the castella was really delicious with the authentic Nagasaki taste, and it was easy to eat with the granulated sugar.
