From the vintage interior of the cafe to the photo spots, it's a place I definitely recommend visiting if you're looking for a unique cafe in Ganghwa-do. Since it's so big, there are a lot of table seats, so it's not crowded and it's comfortable to use, and the coffee and bread are above average, so it's a really satisfying place. There is even an abandoned bus outside. It feels like a place to go to see the space rather than to drink coffee. Since it was a remodeled factory, it retained that old feeling, and this became popular with people.

#January Travel Support Event Jo Yang Textile, the first textile factory in Ganghwa established with domestic capital in 1933, fell into ruin as time passed and Ganghwa Textile declined. The ugly, crumbling building was reborn as a huge cafe. The crumbling walls became a wonderful art gallery and movie theater, the long workbench was turned into a coffee table, and the space where machines and people had left was filled with antiques from China and Europe. The British door with broken glass, the round mirror from an old Czech train, and the bungeoppang machine that worked hard to turn over every winter were naturally placed as if they had always been there, preserving the factory site of over 990㎡ (approximately 300 pyeong) and the building frame, leaving stories of time everywhere in the cafe. #koreatrip I went there via tour packaging. I didn't realise that it used to be a textile place, and they took over and changed into a coffee place. the items there are very historic. the female toilet is the highlight as there is air con and all well decorated. i do find it so weird trying to wee in a room full of items. there is an area where they feed the birds with rice. so you get to see little birds hanging around. in the cafe, there is a rule that each one has to buy an item. saw the poster. but i dont think they check. it was so so busy that it was so hard to find seating. also, their seating are very unique. great for photos. the pastry queue is different from the drink queue. so you have to queue separately for drink and pastry. pastry is nice.
