They serve wide range of modern Korean Cuisines, from dishes to desserts in the choices. We ordered some of the most recommended dishes to try on, the tastes are amazingly great and delicious. Avg. Jungsik was one of the most memorable dining experiences during my Korea trip. Ofcourse this type of places you don't do often and it is best done once in a long while so as to stand out. There are things you would expect from a 2 atar Michellin restaurant and jungsik almost delivers. All dishes were beautifully presented and well explained. English communication is not a problem here, I have to mention that this is actually really rare in South Korea. English speakers are not that common here and language barriers are quite significant for visitors who don’t speak Korean. And jungsik.ensures it caters to the global crowd as well. It is difficult to decide on favourites. A lot of.flavours were new with their creative take on dishes. Somehow my favorite dish was their signature dish gimbap. One doesn't expect much from an everyday dish like gimbal but that's where jungsik surprises you. It’s really unique and nothing like what I’ve had before. The seaweed is crispy and rice is savory. The toppings are the highlights of the dish.The portion is big enough to feed an adult. Had the chance to drop by Jungsik in Seoul for a dinner and every dish was nicely decorated and scrumptious. Highlight of the trip was the peanut ice cream dessert which was shaped like Dol Hareubang which is so adorable. Service was also fantastic and its worth a detour!
