From this corner, if the weather is good, you can see both Mt. Fuji and Enoshima Island at the same time. At first, I thought I wouldn't be able to see it, so I took the train back again. Seeing this picture in front of me, I must say it's totally worth it. 06: Enoshima Island From Enoshima Station, walk across the bridge for a while and you'll find Enoshima Island. Along the way, there are cute cafes to stop and rest along the way. For those who love seafood and raw fish, come here, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Apart from delicious food, a nice walking street, an old neighborhood, there's also 'Shirasu fish' or what we call a small fish, which is a symbol of this place. Souvenirs, food, desserts, and even ice cream, here, almost everything has small fish as an ingredient. 07: Cafe Yoridokoro A cafe from Inamuragasaki Station that is famous for its photo locations and its menu items like Saba fish rice, with a signature soft and fluffy egg that we have to make ourselves. The shop will provide equipment, which is the fun part, haha. The best place to sit and get the most beautiful photos is the outdoor area. You can ask the shop to reserve a table for you. This shop has tourists queuing up since the shop opens. 08: The Sunrise Shack (Inamura-gasaki Store) Walk along the beach a little further out of the alley and you'll find a street full of cafes. Rows of dozens of shops We stumbled upon this shop and felt that the shop's design was cute and the menu was not expensive. Most importantly, the view from the 2nd floor of the shop was very beautiful. The shop is not very popular among tourists. We mostly saw Japanese people. I recommend it. 09: Pacific DRIVE-IN A cafe and a photo spot that you must come to do! Get off at Shichirigahama Station. The vibes are great. The shop is by the sea. The light is beautiful. If you want to go to Kamakura and Lake Kawaguchi to see Mount Fuji, you can refer to this guide~ Day 1: Kamakura - Lake Kawaguchi After arriving in Kamakura, you must go to Shichirigahama. Walk from Shichirigahama Station to the parking lot by the sea. The embankment, stairs, and stone road extending into the sea are all good places to take photos. If you want to take a photo of Mount Fuji that looks bigger, you can continue along the beach 🏖️ and you will soon reach Kamakura High School Front Station. Take the "Enoden" 🚃 and pass through Katase Enoshima, Enoshima, Kamakura High School Front, Shichirigahama, Hase Temple, and Kamakura Station. The scenery at sunset is especially charming, as if you are in a Japanese anime scene. The best time to take photos of Mount Fuji is in the morning or evening. If you are visiting Tokyo and want to go out of town for a day, I recommend Kamakura. I went there again in the summer. Even though it was hot, the atmosphere was still nice. It is a tourist city with lots of tourists. 🎏 🍚 When you get to Kamakura Station, go for a walk on the walking street first. There are lots of shops and food. Then, go to the famous raw fish restaurant, Kamakama Honten. It is a small shop. Sometimes you have to wait in line. Overall, it is delicious. ☕️ Stop by a coffee shop near the station called Ignis. It is a specialty coffee shop. The price is a bit high, but it is delicious. Sit and relax with a cup of coffee. 🚃 Then, go buy an Enoden Pass. You can use it to ride the green train. You can buy it at Kamakura Station for 800 yen. ⛩️ Take the green train to Hase Station. There are 2 temples here: Kotoku-in Temple and Hasedera Temple. Both have great atmospheres. I recommend going to both temples. 🌊 Walk back to the green train and get off at Kamakurakokō-Mae Station. It is very popular. There are a lot of people here. Most people come to take pictures while the train is running with the sea in the background. This is recommended to be careful of cars. And at this point, cross the road and you will see the sea. #tokyo Having watched the anime "Slam Dunk" when we were just children, we were thrilled to be able to witness the rail crossing at Kokomae Station used in the introduction before each episode. We were a bit surprised that this rail crossing was crowded when we reached. Didn't know that it was so popular and that many fans just wanted to experience this. but It was really surreal when we saw the train go by, with the alarm siren from the signal. The local train runs every 12 minutes along the coastline, which makes this the perfect spot for railway enthusiasts to train-watch.

Departure: Fujisawa - a platform full of old emotions When I transferred to Enoden at JR Fujisawa Station, a small wooden platform unfolded before my eyes, just like a scene from a movie. Small Japanese houses lined up next to the narrow railroad, and after a while, the cool Shonan Sea spread out before me. Laundry swaying in the sea breeze, children riding bicycles... A Day Trip from Tokyo to the 'Slam Dunk' Pilgrimage Site, Kamakura The area near Kamakurakokomae Station, with the Enoden train as the backdrop, is famous as the spot where Hanamichi Sakuragi from Slam Dunk is seen standing! Since it can be crowded during the day, making it hard to take photos, I decided to stay overnight. On the first day, I explored Enoshima Island, and the next morning, I went to Kamakurakokomae to take pictures at dawn. I checked the early train schedule beforehand, and there were fewer than five people around, making it very convenient to take photos and videos. I was quite satisfied!
