Saitama | Hikawa Shrine (Kawagoe)
The very popular "Enmusubi Wind Chime Festival" is held every year, and more than 2,000 Edo wind chimes play a refreshing sound.
At night, the shrine is lit up with faint lights and enveloped in a fantastic atmosphere.

Kanagawa | Kawasaki Daishi Wind Chime Market
