It's grand and beautiful, even though it was badly damaged by the earthquake, but it still has its greatness to see. This temple is quite majestic. The details carved into the sculptures and all are very well done and it was all a sight to behold. It would have been better had we found a local guide (we were on the lookout but it seemed that there were too many tourists so we couldn't find one). Without a local guide, we were unable to understand more of the temple's history and I feel that I couldn't appreciate it to the fullest extent. #wecreate

A nice place to have break or lunch. It is located near plaosan temple, the definition of eating with a temple view. The food served are traditional food such as Medoan, Bakwan, Nasi bakar, and a lot more. The prices are relatively cheap. had an amazing experience at the astonishing prambanan temple, built in the 9th century is a hindu temple situated in central java,Indonesia. the temple was massive with beautiful stoned carvings. i had a great time walking around and admire the beauty of this tremendous sculptures so well-preserved. the compound was huge and lovely to stroll around with beautiful pictures to snap. climbing up to the temple was easy too with some high steps and some with low steps to enter. highly recommended visiting prambanan. it is definitely worth to explore! #indonesiatravel #worldheritagesite #templevisits
