It is said that taking a train across the desert can take you back to the feeling of life in the old Uyghur city ten years ago. In order to try the signature roasted pigeon from Kamum’s hometown, which makes the locals drool when they talk about it, we experienced the hard seats and soft sleepers on Xinjiang trains and made a one-day quick trip to Shache! All of them are on Kazanqi Street, and the owners are all very nice. If you pass by, you can go in and have a look. 1️⃣ Golden Hand Carpet: The owner is very enthusiastic and invited us into the store, turned on the lights for us, and let us admire the beautiful carpets. It wasn't until I arrived at Kazanqi Street in Shache County that I realized this was what I had originally expected to see in the Old Town of Kashgar. No deliberate pandering, you are naturally relaxed, I just want to see what your daily life looks like. Kazanqi Street was formed in 1870. In Uyghur, "Kazanqi" means "people who make a living by casting pots." Kazanqi Street got its name because a large number of folk craftsmen who made and sold iron and copper pots gathered here in history. Today's Kazanqi Street is a characteristic alley that integrates various folk skills such as food, handicrafts, and tea culture. It turns out that Shache County is the counterpart of Shanghai's aid.
