Kenwood House is an ornate early 17th-century home located in London, England, and surrounded by lovely gardens. In 1927, Lord Iveagh, the owner of the home, passed away and bequeathed it to the nation. One year later, the English Heritage Association started to provide tours of the estate to the public. Although the home is for the most part empty, Lord Iveagh's extensive painting collection still remains on the walls. Since the tours began, visitors have gone there to see the impressive home and surroundings. You can stroll through the home, see the paintings and attend celebrations at the estate. You can even enjoy a picnic surrounded by marvelous sculptures in the gardens.
