There are maps and signs around the town to guide you there. You can also take a bus or even a boat. First of all, I'd recommend to buy the package/combination ticket for 60RMB per person. You'll be able to visit Kezhi Garden, The Garden Of Inseparable Hearts, and Shanghai Helong Art Gallery. It wasn't too crowded when I visited in the winter, but I can't imagine how busy these narrow streets can get in the spring or summer. There are so many places to get a drink or eat some food, so I also recommend staying at Zhujiajiao until it gets dark and the lights start to ignite.
