It only takes 20 minutes to get to the bus terminal from Kuala Lumpur International Airport ✈️🚌
Since Putrajaya became the administrative capital at the end of the 20th century, it has been under continuous construction. The current urban planning already has hospitals, schools, government departments and some basic living facilities for the people 🏥🏫
After the epidemic, Putrajaya has completed the construction of subway stations, interstate long-distance bus terminals and airport express lines, which run through Kuala Lumpur International Airport, all major cities in Peninsular Malaysia and the capital city of Kuala Lumpur, and are well connected, adding a lot of convenience to the people and tourists!
✈️🚊 The express service between Putrajaya and the airport runs from 5:18 am to 0:30 am, and it takes about 20 minutes to travel between the two stations. It is definitely a time-saving and fast transportation arrangement!

Putrajaya Interstate Bus Terminal - To Peninsular Malaysia
🚇🚊🚆 Take the Metro Line 7 Blue and Line 12 Yellow to reach Putrajaya Interstate Bus Terminal TPS.
🚌 TPS is the newest interstate long-distance bus terminal in Peninsular Malaysia, and its routes currently extend to various states. There are daily flights to the northwestern city of Bukit Kayu Hitam, 500 kilometers away, and to Kota Bharu, 475 kilometers away in the northeast.
✈️ Tourists can come here from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and only need to take the Airport Transfer Express KLIA Express Transit to buy tickets to major cities at one stop.
Tips: If you download the app in advance, you can check all flights and buy tickets in advance, making it easier to plan your trip. The station also provides an information counter, which is very considerate.

#favouriteitinerary With the new MRT line from Kwasa Damansara to Putrajaya Sentral, now tourists and visitors in Kuala Lumpur City can opt for this alternative transportation from city centre to KLIA & KLIA2 without taking expensive Grabs or taxis. The whole journey caused me leas than RM15 from KLCC to KLIA in less than 2hours journey. Firstly, take the MRT at Persiaran KLCC, hop on the modern new MRT towards Putrajaya Sentral MRT. At Putrajaya Sentral MRT station, take the escalator down and walk to the Terminal Putrajaya Sentral (TPS Pintu 1). is located in the Wet Market opposite PutraJaya Sentral. The environment is simple and authentic. This time I tried Nasi Ayam Chicken Rice. Surprisingly, the chicken was smooth and tasty with the yellow garlic rice. If you like spicy food, the spicy sauce on the side is very stimulating and adds another flavor.
While enjoying the food, many people will come to patronize it. Some of them will taste it authentically without using tableware. There is also a hand washing and cleaning area nearby. If you want to experience the authentic environment while enjoying the food, you may as well come and try it.
After tasting the food, you can go sightseeing at the nearby mosque and the characteristic bridge.
How to get there/transportation: Take Line 10 to PutraJaya Sentral, then walk through the bus station and you will arrive.
The most convenient way to travel in Kuala Lumpur is to use the Touch & Go card (local Octopus), which also offers transportation discounts. You can buy it at the Railway Service Office or Touch & Go store. Especially when taking the bus, you must use the Touch&Go card, there is no cash payment service.

Malaysia Putrajaya Tourism KLIA transit is fast and convenient to move to the airport!
Malaysia, Malaysia Tourism, Kuala Lumpur Tourism
There are many tourist attractions in Malaysia, but after sightseeing in Malaysia and Putrajaya,
the most convenient way to travel to Kuala Lumpur International Airport is the KLIA transit.
This time, I took the KLIA transit,
so I'll share how it went.
📍 Putrajaya Cyberjaya Station (Stesen ERL Putrajaya/Cyberjaya)
📍 Jalan P9, Presint 7, 62000 Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, Malaysia
From Putrajaya Cyberjaya Station
To Kuala Lumpur International Airport
It takes about 20 minutes on the KLIA transit, and it goes by in a flash!
They also sell a transportation card called a touch-and-go, which is similar to Suica, so if you buy it,
you can travel comfortably.
The KLIA transit is air-conditioned and clean. There is also a space to put your suitcase, so you can travel with peace of mind.
You can get to Kuala Lumpur International Airport on time without any delays that are common overseas, so I recommend it!

It takes less than 30 minutes to get to and from the airport in Putrajaya ✈️
Since the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the federal government of Kuala Lumpur has begun a capital relocation plan to move the federal government of Kuala Lumpur to a new development area - Putrajaya. Putrajaya is currently the official administrative capital of Malaysia. After more than 20 years of capital relocation plans and urban planning, Putrajaya has developed into the largest commercial and financial center in Malaysia!
It is a 30-minute commute between the airport and Kuala Lumpur city center, which is very convenient.
🚇🚈✈️ The subway goes directly to the TRX business district, Petronas Twin Towers, Mid-Levels Tower, etc., and the express line goes directly to the international airport terminal. It is a complete route planning!

New transportation hub 🚌🚈✈️
Kuala Lumpur's public transportation system is becoming increasingly mature. The Transportation Department continues to add more interstate and interregional bus stations and subway stations.
Before the Putrajaya TPS was put into use, if tourists needed to transfer to other means of transportation to other tourist cities after arriving at the international airport, the nearest unified inter-state long-distance bus station was the TBS South Lake Station, 50 kilometers away from the international airport. This year, the administrative capital Putrajaya began to establish a new route. It only takes 30 minutes to go from the airport to TPS and then depart to various towns in West Malaysia, greatly reducing the transportation transfer time for tourists! ⌛️
🚍🚇It takes about an hour to travel from the airport or the city center. Tourists should remember to save this new transportation hub!

The domestic transportation terminal closest to the international airport 🚌🚄
Malaysia began developing its new administrative capital, Putrajaya, in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. After nearly two decades of development, Putrajaya has completed the planning of the new capital. In addition to bringing convenience to local residents, it is also a boon to tourists.
✈️🚌🚄 Putrajaya Sentral Station is approximately 30 kilometers away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. It only takes 20 minutes by Airport Express and about 30 minutes by car. When here, tourists can purchase long-distance bus tickets to directly depart to any major city in West Malaysia, including the tourist hotspots of Penang, Malacca, Ipoh and other major towns in the peninsula.
Putrajaya Sentral Station is well-equipped with lockers, kiosks, information counters, etc. There is also a subway station in the station that connects to Kuala Lumpur city center.

The satellite city of Petaling Jaya is connected to the subway line of the administrative capital Putrajaya 🚇
🚇 The transportation between Selangor and the administrative capital Putrajaya is basically complete. The metro and rail lines in major towns in the northern cities of Rawang, Sungai Buloh and Kepong are fully connected to Putrajaya.
Depart from Surian Pearl Station in the satellite town of Petaling Jaya today. Pearl Station is on the dark green line 9. If you go north, four stations later you will reach the yellow line 9 heading to Putrajaya. This trip took about 80 minutes. 💰Ticket price: RM7.90
After arriving at the administrative capital, there are complete transportation links to major cities and airports in West Malaysia, which is very convenient!

Kuala Lumpur city and airport transfer routes 🚇✈️
🚇 This time we departed from Titiwangsa Station. There are four subway connecting lines to Titi Station. If you want to go to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, passengers must take the Yellow Line 12 to the south and exit at Gate 41 Putrajaya Station.
✈️ After leaving the Yellow Line MRT station, walk about 3 minutes to reach the KLIA Express Station. During peak hours, the express train runs every 15 minutes; during non-peak hours, it runs every 30 minutes. The first shift is at 5:22 am and the last shift is at 12:22 am.
🕐 If you calculate the transfer time, the whole journey takes about 45 minutes.
💰 Subway fare RM4.60/ Airport Line RM9.40

Only MYR12.10 from Kuala Lumpur city center/Petronas Twin Towers to the airport
In March 2023, Kuala Lumpur launched a new subway line, which connects various areas in northern and southern Selangor with a total of 41 stations.
The three city center stations from Station 21 (Persiaran KLCC Twin Towers Lane) to Station 23 (Tun Razak Exchange Station) are the focus of tourists’ stay. From these MRT stations to Station 41 (Putrajaya Sentral) Central Station), fare is RM2.70. After arriving at Putrajaya Sentral Station, transfer to the KLIA Transit Train, which costs RM9.40. Such a convenient airport route takes less than 90 minutes, and the subway ticket costs a total of MYR 12.10! Very good value for money!
What you need to pay attention to is the Airport Express timetable, because the number of flights on weekends will be reduced by half, so if you depart to the airport on the weekend, please check the timetable before departure to avoid being late to check in at the airport.
