I tried a few signature dishes, each leaving a lasting impression. First up was the signature scallop free-range chicken. As soon as it was served, the aroma was irresistible. The chicken was tender and juicy, topped with fresh herbs and crispy garlic slices, adding layers to the texture. Next was the Uncle's Baked Fish Intestines, presented in a nostalgic clay pot. Steaming hot and golden in color, the dish featured crispy yet tender baked fish intestines, garnished with scallions and cilantro.
