#johorbahrutrip Sunway Lagoon Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has provided excellent service so far. When we arrived at the hotel, we went straight to the seating area to confirm our details. The process was very fast, and the lady who assisted us was kind, polite, and professional. She even gave us a high-floor room with the best views. I was surprised by how clean the hotel was—especially the toilets, which were spotless, and the entire room, which had no dust at all. The swimming pool was also very well maintained. The staff did their jobs properly, and I truly salute the management for ensuring that all workers perform their duties professionally. The hotel is conveniently connected to a mall, and just across from it, you can find local food, making transportation unnecessary. However, the hotel does offer a free shuttle bus to explore Kuala Lumpur, though we didn’t use it since everything we needed was already nearby. My child had a great time, and I especially appreciated the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Another great feature is that the smoking area is a bit far from the main hotel, so there was no cigarette smell in the entire area. Overall, I am very happy with our quick vacation. We will definitely return, as this hotel is worth both the money and time. Highly recommended!
