The female receptionist was very nice and addressed all our concerns and provided lots of recommendations to us. Hotel also provided SPA Massage and nearby tour packages arrangements with reasonable price.

Address - Hoi An Ambiance/Facilities - there's a restaurant, spa and swimming pool. Conveniently located . Very near to old town and has many shops nearby. Highlights - staff team were very friendly and attentive. Nam came to greet us and chat with us every morning and came back to send us off though he was not on duty. Avg.
