Vietnam HCMC retreat! Landmark 81 is the tallest building in HCMC. It has a small shopping mall at bottom, and apartment above it. Learnt about this Ussina Sky 77 restuarant and gave it a try! Went there on the 22/7/22. can buy ticket in the shopping mall. the lift will go up and stop at 79 level, can see the view all the way up to 81 floor ( with stairs) . The exit lift is on the 81 floor, and it will take you back to the 3rd level inside the shopping mall.
