However, if you want to go to the night market or tourist attractions, you have to take a taxi for 20 minutes, which was inconvenient. You can catch a taxi very easily with the Didi Taxi app. 2. The night market is still one of the most satisfying tourist attractions. I went to the Taitung Night Market first, but other than the fact that it was close and had good transportation, I felt that there was nothing special about it. Instead, there is the Lichun Night Market or the Leke(?) Street Night Market, which is a 5-10 minute walk from Lichun, which is large and has a lot to eat. 3. You must take a cruise at May Fourth Square. It is only about 30 minutes, but it is great for seeing the night view of the buildings at a glance. 4. The beer museum, old town (church, cathedral, observatory), etc., can be sore if you go all in one day, so it’s better to enjoy them slowly over two days. 5. I went to the Jjimoru counterfeit market because I was curious, but I didn’t really… I just bought some fruit at the real traditional market near the Jjimoru market and watched a lot of locals. I ate Guo Bao Rou for 22 yuan. ✔️ Day 2 1️⃣ Xin Nong Cun Jian Bing (Xiang Hong Flower Garden Store) I went here to eat jianbing before going to Laoshan. I ate the one with chicken topping and it was 9 yuan. 2️⃣ Laoshan (Laoshan) There were several courses, but I went with the 120 yuan admission and 80 yuan round trip cable car course. After taking the shuttle bus and cable car, it took 1 hour to walk to the top of the mountain. It took 30 minutes to come down. 3️⃣ Tsingtao Beer Museum I wanted to drink beer rather than go to the museum, so I went to the bar in the back and ordered a one-by-one beer tasting. It was 78 yuan. 4️⃣ Ming Yue Shan Night Market Admission is free. There are performances and street food for sale everywhere. 5️⃣ Li Chun Night Market I had the basic 8 yuan Kaolungmian (cold noodle dish) and it was really delicious. Foodies! I highly recommend a stop at 李村 subway station if you are in the north east area of Qingdao. The market covers a square next to a mall with hundreds of sellers. It is so big that one night is definitely not enough. So going with friends is the best so that all of you can share and try more things. You will find lots of different types of food from local specialities like marinated raw seafood to rarer finds like 凉皮卷。 Sellers start setting up as from 5pm and it gets REALLY busy as from 6ish. Apart from the very few sellers that provide a plastic stool - There are virtually no seats to sit. So people mostly move from stand to stand to try different things.
