#sgfoodies I recently had the privilege of dining at LIME. Parkroyal Collection Pickering’s buffet restaurant. This restaurant accepts reservations online but you’ll have to guarantee your reservation online with a credit card for up to 20% of your bill pre discount. You’ll be refunded after your meal. The restaurant space was massive and had dishes for everyone! There were fresh seafood on offer, roasted meats, vegetarian food, Indian food, salad bars, local food. My personal favourites would be the Apple Struddle with whipped cream and the lobster laksa. The lobster laksa soup was thick and so SHIOK! I could eat it everyday. Come try it yourself! #mysgmemories Can lah! Let’s go makan! Waking up to a scrumptious breakfast spread at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering is the best decision ever. Usually, I will go over to Chinatown (within walking distance) and have breakfast. If not for this chance, I will never get to know that LIME offers a wonderful breakfast spread. You get to choose and take what kind of breakfast you wanna have. They even have cold section for sushi and sashimi for breakfast. I enjoy their egg station because I can select my eggs to my liking and egg benedict is a must order. The desserts section for breakfast also has many yogurt varieties and you can pair it with their freshly cut fruits.

Lime Restaurant is located on the ground floor of PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, close to Chinatown MRT. They serve a “Tiers of Joy” afternoon tea set daily that costs $68++ for 2 pax. You get a 3 tier stand of local fusion savouries and sweets, as well as unlimited coffee and TWG tea! They also offer french press coffee from Bacha Coffee, so we tried all 4 available flavours and my favourite was the light and citrusy Orange Sky 🍊 The menu is rather interesting, with creative spins on local delights. The Nasi Lemak Ball was coconut rice wrapped in a ball and filled with sambal, served with a quail egg 🥚 The Chicken Tandoori Roll packed quite the heat with its spices 🔥 The other savouries were decent, and I liked the classic Mini Shepherd’s Pie. I love afternoon tea. I started having afternoon tea when I was staying in the UK. I remembered heading to the mall for my afternoon tea after classes. My favourite weekend hobby now is to find a nice afternoon high tea and to indulge in it. Priced from $68 per set, Lime Restaurant at the Parkroyal Collection Pickering offers quite a value for money high tea. The food offered in the tea is well designed and the taste was well balanced. I didn't felt like any of the item was bad for me. The sweets wasn't too "Jelak", and savouries was very nice! Their savouries item are all well designed! I love the Nasi Lemak ball with quail egg! This is definitely one of the nicer high tea that I've had in a while. Recommended! #moreinsg

#2024wish My 2024 travel wish is to visit Hong Kong. I would like to try out their luxurious hotel and their food there too. I would like to visit the Disney island there and the lantau island to visit the big Buddha there. I would like to try out their cable car ride there too. The lounge experience by the hotel was great. The wide range of food is very tasty and worth every penny .The pastries are very tasty and the choice of food is extensive. The dining restaurant is great too. For cake lovers you would definitely like this experience here.
