Lok Wah Estate (English: Lok Wah Estate) is a public housing estate in Hong Kong. The project number is KL04. It is located at 70 Zhen Wah Road, Lung Shan, Kowloon. There is Crocodile Hill to the south, and it is connected with Kung Lok Road and Zhen Wah Road. It is named after the Chinese characters "Lok" and "Wah" respectively, and it means "Happy China". It was completed in 4 phases between December 1982 and July 1985. In 1984, it was split into Lok Wah South Village, Lok Wah North Village and Lok Nga Court for easier management. Since 1985, the two villages and one court have each been managed by their own Housing Department office. The Housing Department's Lok Wah Estate Office, which was originally located on the ground floor of Chin Wah Building, was split up in 1985, and the Lok Wah North Estate and Lok Nga Court offices were relocated to the ground floor of Bing Wah Building, while the Lok Wah South Estate Office was relocated to the ground floor of Huan Wah Building to continue serving the residents.
