On the bank of Youshui River in Hunan, there is a Tujia ancient village with a history of a thousand years. It is also the hometown of Hu Fengjiao, the queen of Emperor Li Dan of the Tang Dynasty. The history of human settlement in Hujiaxi can be traced back to two thousand years ago.
