I went to the famous waterfall in Taiwan which is located in Pingxi District along the Keelung River. It has a height of around 66 feet and is widest waterfall in Taiwan! The name is called Shifen Waterfall and I loved it so much. Moreover, I went to the lover bridge to see the sunset and it was so pretty. I wish I can have more time spending in this wonderful place. This bridge was built based on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, USA. And the legend of this bridge is that if a couple walks this bridge together until the end, they will be in eternal love. It is a great place for couples to visit. There is no admission fee, so you can enter and exit freely. You can walk or take a bus to get here, but as someone who has walked, the distance of 3km from Danshui Station was quite far. I recommend taking a bus. Take Bus No. 26 from Exit 2 of Danshui Station and get off at Fisherman's. If you come to Danshui and want to see the view along with the ocean, I highly recommend Warren Matou. It takes about 25 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by bike, or 10 minutes by bus from Tamsui. It is not easily accessible and the surrounding area is a bit deserted, so I don’t recommend it when the weather is bad. However, it is a really charming place when the weather is good. The reason it is called Lover’s Bridge is because there is a superstition that if a couple crosses the bridge, their love will last forever. I recommend spending time near Tamsui and arriving before sunset to enjoy the beautiful sunset with your lover.
