Historic buildings

Located in the city center of Miri, Tua Pek Kong Temple is a temple for over 30 years. The statues enshrined are Fude Zhengshen (Uncle Lord), Guanyin, Mazu, Taisui Ye, Zhusheng Niangniang, Dimu Niangniang, and Tiger Lord. Dabogong is the so-called "Lord of the Land" in mainland China. The temples are very exquisitely carved with beams and columns, and the dragon-pillar carving skills even show the lifelike dragon statues. In addition to the prosperous incense on the 15th day of the first lunar month and the birthday of the gods, there are also believers who sincerely come to burn incense and worship on weekdays. There is a small shop in the Dabogong Temple for people to buy worship items such as incense, gold paper, noble people's charms and so on.
